Meet Our Owner
Michelle Waller, Owner/Stylist at Galaxy Hair Studio
I began pursuing my passion in the beauty industry at Educators of Beauty in 2009 and became a licensed cosmetologist in 2010. I am full time behind the chair offering our services and products to men, women and children. I enjoy all aspects of beauty, while specializing in color.
I believe continued education is vital to keep up on the current trends and products. Further educating myself allows me to educate my clients on proper maintenance and self care. When my clients leave the salon they will feel their best and confident about products and at home care.
I purchased my first salon in 2019, changing the existing salon to Galaxy Hair Studio Roscoe, IL. In the beginning of 2023 we relocated to a larger location in Downtown Rockford to grow the business by offering a multitude of services under one roof. Outside of the salon, you will find me traveling and spending time with my family. I'm excited to meet new clients in the area!
